Prep Work (Your Task):
The toughest part? Clearing out your garage. It’s a great excuse to declutter, but we get that it’s a big job. Here’s a pro tip: rent a U-Haul truck as a temporary storage pod if your neighborhood allows it. If not, consider drop-off storage pods or even a junk removal service to lighten the load.
Surface Preparation (Our Task):
We’ll shot-blast or grind the floor with diamond grinders, using dust extraction to keep the area clean and safe. Cracks or damage? No problem—we’ll repair those too.

Clean and Base Coat:
After a thorough cleaning, we apply the base coat in a color that complements your chosen flake blend. -
Flake Broadcast:
Flake is broadcast into the wet base coat for full coverage and texture. Then, we let it cure.
Smooth and Seal:
Once cured, we scrape excess flake and smooth the surface. A polyaspartic topcoat is applied, tailored to your finish preference—thin for texture or thick for a glass-like smoothness. Add grip if needed!

We inspect the floor, clean up, and leave your space spotless. -
